Freelance Site Manager Role - Motorway Project

Your new company
You will be joining an industry-leading subcontractor who has a plethora of motorway and highway projects within the Midlands region. For this role they are looking for a Site Manager to look after the operational delivery of emergency areas within the East Midlands.

Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of 20 new emergency areas within the East Midlands region. In addition to managing/monitoring labour, plat, equipment, and transport on site and making sure that all activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory compliance, your position will involve conducting efficient toolbox discussions, RAMS, briefings, and more.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have relevant experience working on Highways/Motorways projects within the Civil Engineering industry, experience working on Smart Motorways is desired however not essential. You will have relevant tickets such as a Gold or Black CSCS Card and SMSTS and have the ability to be able to exhibit excellent management abilities, such as project, financial, change, and construction management.
