Exciting Opportunity: Head of Service!
Role:Head of Service
Location: Exeter or Bristol with travel as needed
Salary:£63,863 per annum (Equivalent hourly rate: £33.02 per hour)
Hours:40 hours per week, with some shift work and participation in a shared on-call rota
Assignment Length:4 months
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual to join a Senior Management Team. This additional role within Regulated Care is designed to build management capacity during a busy project period. You will support the transition of regulated care services from Guinness to new care providers, ensuring high-quality business as usual.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tasks as part of the Project Action Plan group
• Assume line management of services in the absence of other Heads of Service or Registered Managers
• Conduct quality audits and support services to maintain and improve regulatory compliance
• Participate in the on-call rota for Heads of Service
• Oversee efficient and effective people management
• Ensure excellent person-centred care and support plans and risk assessments
• Achieve successful performance against business KPIs
• Utilise rostering systems effectively to deploy staff
• Collaborate with relevant agencies including CQC and Commissioners
