A Building Surveyor is required to join this leading built environment consultancy in Oxfordshire to work across the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of a wide property portfolio.

The team actively works in the retail, logistics, office, healthcare, life science, research, education, government, defence, and residential sectors providing the opportunity for plenty of workload variety.

They have a proven mentoring program aimed at performance growth to support individuals achieve their personal and career ambitions. A strong team structure provides support at all levels with clear routes to progression without limits.

Degree qualified (RICS or CIOB approved) you will have some experience working in a consultancy environment and be able to demonstrate the desire, drive, and a real enthusiasm to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor which will be fully supported by the company.

The appointment will be based on security clearance being obtained which they will sponsor.
