Your new role:

• Lead the development of technical design solutions.
• Ensure the integrity of design implementation throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based practice.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• 15+ years Experience
• Large scale residential Project experience
