Senior Project Manager

Your new company
A global real estate firm looking predominantly after commercial properties UK wide. Based in Manchester you will be part of the North West project management team looking after commercial office space, mixed-use retail and industrial properties, both fit-out and refurbishment. The Manchester office as a whole is 150 people strong with the project management team being 17 head strong.

Your new role
In this role you will be working on a range of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ranging in value from £1 million up to £60 million shopping centre and entertainment centre complex. If you are a building surveyor wanting to get more into a project-led role, this could be the perfect option for you.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified in building surveying or project management with few years PQE. This role will require you to be a process-driven individual, with public sector project experience.
