Leading construction & property inter disciplinary consultancy are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent with a proven track record in high end retail projects into their team in South West London.

In this role you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional retail spaces, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

As a Senior Project Manager / Employer’s Agent you will be a pivotal member of their project team, leading and coordinating all aspects of high-end retail projects. You will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will have proven experience in delivering Project Management / Employer’s Agent duties, particularly in high-end retail projects managing delivery of several retail projects at any one time through project life cycle, e.g. programming, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout as well as strong negotiation and contract management abilities, experience in procurement, tendering and contract administration.

Must have a valid driving license.
