Building Surveyor

Your new role
You'll be involved in managing the Disposal Portfolio and Asset Disposal Programme. The main responsibilities include assisting in the disposal of surplus assets, commissioning due diligence, managing lower value and non-complex disposals, dealing with variations during the marketing and legal phase of the disposal, and monitoring consultants, advisors, and agents.
The role also requires ensuring all necessary decisions are obtained, the process is managed effectively, and all disposal outcomes are properly recorded. The candidate will also support the disposal team in assessing options, risk exposure, and actions.
What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in a property-related field or working towards a property professional qualification
• Ability to manage property transactions through third parties
