Senior Building Surveyor - Birmingham

A highly professional and self-driven MRICS Senior Building Surveyor is required in the Birmingham Office of this leading UK based construction & property consultancy.

This position forms an integral part of their dedicated Building Surveying division and will support the Project Management discipline, carrying out the role of Senior Building Surveyor, alongside Employers Agent duties, while developing a workload pipeline.

You will be capable of working in all areas of Building Surveying, including but not limited to; Professional Work; Defects Analysis of existing buildings and associated report writing; Party Wall matters (desirable); Dilapidations; Building surveys, planning preventative, maintenance schedules, commercial and due diligence reports; PPM Surveys; Contract and Project Work and Contract Administrations/Employers Agent roles.

MRICS and degree qualified you will be capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with design teams, colleagues and other professionals in the industry including clients.

You will have proven Building Surveying experience and a pro-active, professional, self-motivated attitude to work.
