Your new role
You will be responsible for all Health & Safety property compliance relating to the performance of property service functions, to include gas installations, servicing and repairs, electrical safety, fire safety, building safety, legionella, asbestos, and lifts. You will help to develop compliance for all service areas in order to achieve and maintain required performance levels, whilst effectively managing your team with a clear focus on quality, health & safety, and customer satisfaction.
This role also presents an opportunity for innovation, as you continue to implement opportunities for growth across your service area.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to hold a Level 5 or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject, and will be prepared to undertake further professional training to further your knowledge base. You will also need to demonstrate experience of managing staff and team building within a property maintenance function.
