Have you got New Build Timber Frame experience?? Then this is a great position for you!!

• The project starts Wednesday 10th July
• 4 weeks of work. However, it could run longer!!
• Pay is negotiable depending on Timber Frame Build Experience

This position is on a new build residential project with over 20 Timber Frame plots and more to be built. You will be working for a well-established Welsh construction company that specialises in new build residential projects and aims for the best quality houses in the business! As the Site Manager, you will not only supervise the site, carrying out typical Site Manager duties, but will also lend expertise to the build process. Therefore, this role requires good knowledge of the New Build Timber Frame building process, which will be reflected in the pay.

The Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining Health & Safety and RAMS on site
• Attending pre-contract meetings with Subcontractors
• Liaising with Contracts Manager and Subcontractors
• Overseeing the erection of multiple timber frame plots

Requirements:

• CSCS & SMSTS
• First Aid Qualification
• Timber Frame Experience

Working hours are 7:30-17:30
