Job Details

Tenant Liaison Officer:

Salary - £27,000
Location - Wiltshire (1 day a week in the Midlands) / Home working
Contact - Fixed Term (9 - 12 months)

Communication Bridge: As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you act as the intermediary between tenants and landlords. Your role is to ensure effective communication and understanding between both parties.

Tenant Rights and Landlord Obligations: You provide information to tenants about their rights and educate landlords about their legal obligations, including fair housing practices.

Dispute Resolution: You mediate and resolve disputes between tenants and landlords, ensuring a positive relationship.

Rental Agreement Negotiations: You assist in negotiating rental agreements, addressing tenant concerns, and clarifying terms.

Compliance: You ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations.
