Job Details

What's on offer?

  • An independent UK multidisciplinary consultancy with 100 employees delivering solutions across the Civil & Structural Engineering, Geo-Environmental and Transport Planning industries.
  • Varied and exciting work - designing projects across the commercial, residential, educational, industrial and MOD sectors, as well as an increasing amount of complex and highly regulated work in the nuclear sector with the likes of Rolls-Royce and the Atomic Weapons Establishment!
  • An exciting prospect - joining the most recently established office of your new company, you will be working closely with a Director and Senior Engineer gaining the dedicated support you need through key development years as you progress to Senior and become Chartered (if not already)
  • Ambitious plans - your new consultancy has a fantastic array of clients that they're always building on, which has given them the platform to continue investing in more resources, staying in touch with the latest technology and hiring the best talent. A secure environment to progress and build a reputation both internally and externally!
  • Competitive package - offering a salary package up to £45,000, 4.5% pension scheme, work from home twice a week, 25 days annual leave rising by 1 day per year up to 28 days (option to buy 5 more), paid charity days, professional membership support and a host of company funded social activities and days out!

Who is this opportunity for?

  • Are you looking for a more varied pipeline of work to gain design experience as you work towards becoming Chartered?
  • Does the challenge and complexity of nuclear-related work appeal to you?
  • Are you suffering from a lack of hands-on technical support with your development?
  • Do you perhaps work for a larger consultancy, but you're ready to play a more significant overall part in the delivery of each and every project you are involved with?

If you tick any of these boxes or you're just ready for a new challenge, this will be the perfect next stage for your career.
