Role Overview:As a Project Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to empower our clients to develop the skills necessary for independent living.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering one-on-one support, including risk and needs assessments and support plans.
  • Contributing to special programs and projects in support of the Group's objectives.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in support work and youth support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tenancy sustainment.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and responsibilities.
  • Certification or training in safeguarding and risk assessment.
  • Relevant qualifications in social services or a related field.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
