Graduate/ Assistant Construction Project Manager

You will be working for an award winning, independent development and construction consultancy who deliver innovation to the built environment. They provide specialist advice to the public and private sectors, guaranteeing excellence in project management, cost consultancy, employer's agent and digital construction services across the UK.
Your new role
As Assistant/ Graduate Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering your own projects up to the value of £300k and will be assisting Senior PM's on projects up to the value of £70m. The consultancy works in numerous sectors including education, healthcare, local authority and housing, delivering new build and refurbishment projects.
You will report into a nominated Director from a line management perspective but assigned to work under other senior PM staff for project delivery. You will assist the lead PM in the administration of one or more projects (arranging and recording meetings, managing documentation, processing invoices, requesting PO's etc.) Develop an understanding of project management processes. You will support a number of projects (total number of projects will be dependent on size and complexity) Work with cost management team to prepare and monitor project budgets Implement project tools, procedures, standards and templates. You will contribute to Business Development activities
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a construction/ property related BSc and will have a minimum of 2 years construction project management experience
