Your new company
You will be working for a market leading FM contractor based in Aberdeen.
Your new role

• Undertake low-risk ground and building maintenance tasks.
• Ensure upkeep of the facility.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the site.
• Identifying and proposing innovations to improve service delivery.
• Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
• Delivery of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.

What you'll need to succeed

• Joinery background.
• Solid maintenance experience.
• Understanding of asset management.
• Familiarity with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills.
