My client are an ambitious and rapidly expanding building surveying practice managing complex major works projects, defects diagnosis and professional property services for both freeholders and leaseholders of commercial and residential (landed estates, large property owners etc) properties.

They have a full order book for the foreseeable future and are in a fortunate position where they need to appoint a Building Surveyor to join the Directors at this exciting time in their evolution.

You will benefit from getting on board at a time of real expansion and working closely with the owners to deliver an exciting range of projects offering professional services, contract administration and some project management.

You will be MRICS and capable to work under your own initiative.

In return you will receive a good salary package and a flexi working arrangement of 3 days office, 2 days from home and a good bonus structure.
