As a Landscape Operative, you will play a crucial role in transforming outdoor spaces. Working closely with our skilled team, you'll carry out various landscaping tasks, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:

• Ground Preparation: Prepare soil, lay turf, and create a solid foundation for landscaping projects.
• Planting and Maintenance: Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and maintain existing greenery.
• Hardscaping: Install pathways, patios, and other hardscape features.
• Fencing and Decking: Construct and repair fences, decks, and other wooden structures.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and excavators.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field preferred.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail for precise execution of landscaping projects.
• Effective collaboration with colleagues and clear communication.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pesticide qualifications desirable
