Assistant Project Manager

Your new company
Well established contractor with a strong history in the sector, with offices across the East and Midlands and projects throughout the UK. They operate across a number of sectors including new build, fit out, maintenance and building services.
They pride themselves on developing their staff to grow within the business, which is demonstrated by the tenure amongst the organisation.

Your new role
Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to grow their well established workforce.
This is an entry level role where you will support the Project Manager, you will be given the opportunity to learn whilst carrying out your duties.
Predominantly office based, but with site visits, you will support the Project Manager with a number of roles including:

• Health & Safety on site
• Progress Meetings
• Risk Assessments
• Method Statements
• Site Inspections
• Toolbox Talks
• Prepare site folders and paperwork
• Work with Subcontractors
• Ensure the site program is on track

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally coming from a trade background looking for the next step in their career or alternatively having a HNC/ONC in a construction related field.
CSCS is preferable but not essential.
