As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the premises and ensuring our tenants have an exceptional experience during their stay and flats are up to the highest standard for tenants moving in.
Your new role

• Performing general maintenance tasks in the accommodation, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests based on daily maintenance sheets.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed

• Multiskilled with experience in plumbing, electrical work, and painting and general maintenance.
• Familiarity with hotel or student accommodation maintenance is preferred.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• No driving licence required but staff parking is available.
