Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative

Your new company
Your new company will be working for a university.
Your new role
Your new role will be to carry out general maintenance and care-taking duties on the university.
You will be required to complete basic plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, grounds maintenance and to ensure that all doors are locked in the building.
You will be required to oversee any events that the university may hold. This will include opening and closing the building.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need;
- Previous experience with basic multi trades such as basic joinery, patch plastering, painting and grounds maintenance
- Experience of being in char of opening and locking buildings
- Ideally a full UK Driving License (not essential)
- Previous employer references and a full CV
What you'll get in return
In return you will gain a Temp to Perm contract with a well established university. You will also be given a competitive hourly rate.What you need to do now
