Assistant Site Manager

You will be working for a medium-sized Main Contractor, who over many years have justifiably gained a first-class reputation for being an honourable, reliable and conscientious contractor providing the highest standard of service and quality construction. They have a proven track record in carrying out projects between £500,000 and £5.00m.

Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of two exciting fitout projects in Chelsea and Belsize Park. You'll work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project completion.
- Assist the Site Manager with overseeing day-to-day site activities.- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the implementation of health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in Fit-out projects is essential.SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
First Aid
Fire Marshal ticket
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using project management software
