Scheme Manager - Preston

Location: PrestonRole: Sheltered Housing Scheme ManagerContract Type: Temporary (Agency)Duration: 3 to 6 monthsWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, 35 hours per weekPay Rate: £17 - £20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sheltered housing scheme.
• Ensure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Provide support and guidance to residents, enhancing their quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and other management systems.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 months relevant experience in housing or in roles involving engagement with people over the age of 55.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
