Scheme Manager - Blackpool

Location: ManchesterDuration: 3-6 monthsHours: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, 35 hours per weekPay Rate: £17 - £20 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for a temporary agency role in Manchester. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our housing scheme, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents over the age of 55.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sheltered housing scheme.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents.
• Carry out administrative tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of relevant experience in housing or working with individuals over the age of 55.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently
