Warehouse Supervisor

Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for our growing and expanding client based in the Maidstone area. This is a Temp to Perm role for the successful candidate.


Salary £28000 - £30000 paid over time and a bonus scheme available.
Supervise a team of Warehouse Operatives
Job Duties include:

• Devan ocean freight containers (loose loaded and palletised).
• Palletise loose cartons for putting away into bays.
• Move pallets in/out of warehouse locations.
• Load ocean freight containers / trailers.
• Receive and check inbound and outbound inventory.
• Put away inventory and record in WMS System.
• Pick/pack outbound orders.
• Labelling of stock.
• Operate forklift (counterbalance)

Required experience

• Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment.
• Ideally familiar with WMS Warehouse Management Systems.
• Good MS Excel / Office package skills
• eCommerce Warehouse experience
• Forklift (Counterbalance) Licence.
• Ideally, a Flexi-Truck Licence (not essential, as training will be given)
