Agile Delivery Lead - SAFe, Digital, Product Development

Up to £800 per day (Inside IR35 - umbrella)

My client, who is an instantly recognisable insurer, urgently require an Agile Delivery Lead with Agile Delivery expertise in a Team of Teams setting spanning Digital Product Development.

Key Requirements:

• Wealth of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, working in large, complex organisations delivering multiple change initiatives using Agile methodology.
• Scaled Agile Framework / SAFe expertise
• Digital Delivery / Digital Transformation experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; the ability to define, plan and deliver outcomes inline with business and performance strategies.
• Experience acting as Delivery Lead for a Team of Teams
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and Back end Product Development
• Proven experience with Agile Release Trains
• Familiar with Agile ceremonies as well as design and discovery through to release and maintenance
• Experience of working with broad range of stakeholders, including UX and Design teams
• Experience lasing with multiple teams from various departments across an organisation

Nice to have:

• Previous Insurance/Financial services industry experience
• Immediate availability
• SAFe certification
