Your new company
You will be working for a Facilities Management consultancy that provides property services for multiple councils in the North West
Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working in a client side role on projects up to the value of £1.2m. You will be responsible for organising contracts and consultants agreements and final accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience (either contractor or client side) and will be able to provide a cv demonstrating relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
What you'll get in return
£265 per day- out of scope of IR35
3 month rolling contract- likely to last till at least the end of summer
Full or part time hours
