Job Role

• guiding heavy vehicle drivers on-site and into and out of the site
• Facilitating the movement of cranes and other awkward vehicles safely and securely
• Ensuring that road safety regulations on-site are followed by all drivers and other workers
• Creating the optimum traffic route and managing the traffic flow at the entrance and exit of the site
• Delivering safety briefings to all team members or other stakeholders who will be entering the site

You will need to have

• Experience in traffic management or a related field
• Proficiency in directing and controlling vehicular and pedestrian traffic
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and construction personnel
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety protocols
• Attention to detail for managing traffic flow and ensuring safety on construction sites
• Adherence to safety procedures and protocols in traffic management
• Certifications in traffic management and control
• Relevant traffic marshal qualification and experience (preference 1 year working for Tier One Contractor)
