Commercial Property Manager/Surveyor

Your new role

You will be employed as a Commercial Property Management Surveyor managing part of their retail portfolio. You will be covering all areas of property management including, management, improvement and investment, whilst also playing a major role in the Capital Works programme.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a solid background and understanding of commercial property management and industry experience. You will have experience of having worked client-side in the past, and experience in retail/hospitality would stand you in good stead for this position. You will have MRICS, will be working towards this, or will have equivalent experience.
