Multiskilled Operative

Multiskilled Operative, Healthcare, Kettering, DBS required
Duties (indicative, not exhaustive):Maintenance work on all operating premises in the East Midlands, including but not limited to and *subject to appropriate training and qualifications:

• Plumbing*
• Carpentry*
• Electrical*
• Hang doors - including fire doors*
• Fit kitchens and bathrooms
• General painting and decorating
• Carpets and flooring
• Other general maintenance
• Pest Control*
• Assist with the onboarding of new properties to ensure compliance with building standards and health and safety legislation.
• Assist with the maintenance check lists to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Assist Property Administrator with management of costs and recharge of maintenance time as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven previous experience in property maintenance (essential)
• Car Driver (essential)
• Trades/qualifications (desirable)
• Team Player (essential)
• Good written and verbal English communication skills (essential)
• Able and happy to work in the homes, having consideration for the residents at all times (essential)
• Basic computer literacy (essential)
