Interim Regeneration Project Manager - Gloucestershire

Your new company
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join a forward-thinking and ambitious public sector organisation on a contract basis, working three days per week. Your new employer is leading the way in inner-city regeneration as a result of successfully bidding for future high street funding, and are about to embark on the delivery of a £13m mixed-use improvement scheme.

Your new role
You will procure, manage, and lead the successful operational and commercial delivery of regeneration developments, undertaking full lifecycle management from RIBA stages 0 through to 7.
Key responsibilities:

• Procure, form, develop, and manage teams of multidisciplinary professionals to ensure that the client brief and requirements are met.
• Manage the preparation of both internal and external reports.
• Manage monthly project development strategy, including a project execution plan.
• Manage regular and positive stakeholder engagement.
• Drive value for money through all stages of development.
• Promote a positive health & safety and wellbeing culture.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to have experience in full-lifecycle project management, including the management of a professional team. Ideally, you will have prior regeneration project experience, and will have previously delivered inner-city schemes, utilising strong negotiation and influencing skills, commercial awareness, and great communication skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial contract with up to a year in duration, with the ability to work for three days per week throughout. A competitive daily rate is available, payable to you on a weekly basis for the duration of your contract position.
