My client are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their team. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the finance team.

• Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Handle queries related to financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
