Assistant Building Manager

Your new company
A leading real estate firm managing a range of properties, looking for an assistant building manager to look after a commercial property in the City Centre of Manchester.

Your new role
This is an operational role where you will be looking after the building in a front of house position. You will be liaising with the occupiers, looking after the H&S of the building, looking after events, and organising planned and reactive maintenance as and when needed. This role offers a progression path where you will be managing your own building in the next few years.

What you'll need to succeed
If you're an assistant building manager or an FM coordinator looking to move more into a property-based role, I'd love to hear from you. This role will require someone with some knowledge of how property operates, good organisational and operational skills as well as a positive attitude and eligibility to work in the UK.
This is a site-based role, so you will be required to be in Manchester every day.
