Your new company
Our client is a well-established property development company who have projects all across the Central Belt. One of their premium developments is now requiring an experienced Project Manager to deliver it effectively.
Your new role
This project is a mixed development of low rise housing and flats in a premium residential location in Fife. As Project Manager, you will be fully responsible for its delivery. From ensuring procurement is running smoothly to managing your subcontractors onsite, this is a busy role for an experienced construction professional. You will have support from the wider team in the business, but you will be expected to get involved in all elements of the project.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a well-rounded construction professional with a strong background in site management but with the capability to take on the more technical project management duties such as program management, commercial management and design management. As an expert in residential construction, you will have already delivered several large residential schemes already, and you will enjoy the day-to-day cut and thrust of a busy residential development. The ideal candidate will have an SMSTS and First Aid along with a technical qualification in construction.
