Fully remote EMEA Payroll Manager *Financial Services* Between £50,000 - £60,000

Your new company

Hays has partnered with a growing global brand within the Financial Service sector. Initially starting off as a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent, you will have the opportunity to work remotely with your payroll team based around the globe. Overseeing and managing the EMEA regions, exciting implementation projects will also be part of the scope.

Your new role

As the EMEA Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a clear understanding of all payroll procedures and pension plans across all EMEA entities
  • Supporting other region payrolls as needed across LATAM, APAC, North America
  • Supporting both internal and external audit requirements
  • Ensuring bonuses and commission processes are accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and approving all cycle payments as needed, or other special payments
  • Support the implementation and migration of the new payroll system

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience with EMEA payrolls
  • System knowledge of Ceridian
  • Possess strong time management and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate the ability as a self-starter, taking the initiative and proactiveness with problem-solving
  • Able to provide a clear understanding of tax regulations and jurisdiction requirements for all EMEA entities
