Leading Property and Construction Consultancy has a great opportunity for a talented Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Leeds.

They have a depth and breadth of experience, expertise, and local knowledge to support clients at every stage of property investment, ownership, and occupation from acquisition to disposal.  The role provides an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team who continue to grow in line with the company growth strategy.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of building surveyors covering all aspects of professional and project related building surveying across a wide range of sectors including educational, commercial, industrial etc. 

The role will cover the full spectrum of building surveying services including (but not limited to) design and specification, clerk of works, contract administration surveys and dilapidations.

You will need to demonstrate the desire and drive to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor if not already and you will receive their full support and guidance.
