Senior Building Surveyor - Manchester

Leading property & construction business has a great opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding office in Manchester.

The role will involve delivering project management services on schemes up to approx. £2m as well as a range professional building surveying services across the education and residential sectors predominantly.

You will be self-motivated and confident in a client facing role - managing multiple projects and clients within the residential and education sectors as well as being involved in the growth of their retrofit and ESG offering.

Pre- and post-contract experience is required, as well as knowledge and experience of working with residential developers, local authorities, schools and universities. Some UK travel may be required as part of this role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the mentoring of colleagues, work with graduates and trainees, and contribute to their established APC training programme.
