Development Monitoring Surveyor – London

This leading property & construction consultancy has an opportunity for a Construction Development Monitoring Surveyor to join their London based team.

You will likely be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor and ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in a development monitoring.

Candidates with a clear intention to transition into development monitoring will also be considered provided they possess a good understanding of the role of an independent monitoring surveyor.

The successful candidate will be involved in the provision of the full range of development monitoring services, including regular liaison with the Client’s appointed professionals.

Whilst reporting to the lead Director and/or Project Directors you will be presented with a great opportunity for career progression and will work alongside professionals from a mix of backgrounds, including architecture, structural and building services engineering, project management and sustainability/ESG advisors.
