Housing Administrator

We are seeking a Housing Administrator on an ongoing, temporary contract on behalf of one of our Social Housing clients in Liverpool.

This is an office-based role, working 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Your new role
* Providing general housing administrative duties and supporting colleagues across the wider business
* Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound correspondence, liaising with tenants, contractors and stakeholders
* Managing data systems, handling complaints/praises, and supporting tenant needs
* Managing housing applications from Property Pool Plus

What you'll need to succeed
* Experience of Property Pool Plus and background in Social Housing
* Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage my own diary & meet tight deadlines
* Confident IT users with experience in Microsoft packages and the ability to navigate new databases
