100% onsite in Molesey

Your new role

• Provide support on the Multifactor Authenticator project. Moving all 1100 users over. Need to check accounts are set up, helping with downloading the app, walking through set up.
• Help setting staff up on their laptops.
• Supporting all staff set up on their portal to access payslips, holiday requests etc - need help setting up accounts for those that don't have them, triage work, support with general hardware and software issues.
• Follow process documentation and instruction to ensure the resolution of incidents and fulfilment of requests according to the requirements of the business
• Help support the backlog of tickets,
  as well as tackling tickets coming in on a day to day basis via the Richmond ticketing system.
