URGENT CHARTERED SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON - £60,000 - £75,000

I am currently partnering with a leading Consultancy in London who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the business. They are working across a number of properties in London such as Residential, Commercial, Media, Retail, Museums and Frameworks. The company is based in Central London offering hybrid & flexible working!
Your new role

• Preparing technical reports, including utilising graphical content to portray clear direction
• Chairing meetings and reporting directly to clients
• Preparing and delivering presentations at internal and external meetings
• Delivering high quality work with the application of in-depth technical knowledge, skill and judgement
• Managing internal and external performance
• Being involved in staff appraisals, recruitment and helping to provide training to assist colleagues towards their professional qualifications
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients but also identifying new relationships with potential clients
• Recognising project risks and managing service delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• Design & Build form of contract experience or Heritage
• MRICS or equivalent Professional Qualification (or demonstration of consistent experience of delivering at this level for an extended period of time)
• Experience of programming software including; Microsoft Project/ Asta PowerProject
• An in-depth awareness of the design, procurement and construction process
