Specialising in the provision of the full range of health and safety advice for the construction sector across sectors including commercial, healthcare, science, industry, energy, and education for a blue chip client base, the expanding health and safety team of this leading built asset consultant are looking for a capable health and safety consultant to join the team.

You will be required to independently deliver construction health and safety services and advice, and to fulfil the role of CDM Advisor/Principal Designer on multiple projects to help ensure compliance with the duties of the CDM regulations 2015 to internal and external clients.

You will be required to work independently on medium sized projects, or as part of a team on large projects, to deliver the Principal Designer duty and CDM advisor role on a wide variety of projects, from new build social housing blocks, high rise office fitouts, to infrastructure and specialist projects.

You will be a key member of this close-knit team and your knowledge and skills will contribute to the growth and success of this team as you become the clients trusted advisor.

You will have a thorough knowledge of the CDM regulations and associated legislation with appropriate experience of the design and construction processes as well as a NEBOSH Diploma; Incorporated or Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS / CMaPS) and/or graduate membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
