Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A Manchester based consultancy working on projects across the UK. Their current workload includes education, commercial and residential sector projects. You would be working as part of a £1 million turnover team with aspiration to double this in the next 3 years. The office is based in Manchester just off Deansgate with easy access to Piccadilly and Victoria train stations.
Your new role
In this role you will be involved pre and post contract, you will deliver estimates, tenders and final accounts. Working alongside a team of quantity surveyors you will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree qualified in quantity surveying with post-graduate experience, ideally MRICS chartered. If you are an ambitious, outgoing individual looking for full support with further career progression - this is it!
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £65,000, depending on whether there is work you can bring with you, flexible working environment allowing to work 2 days from home, 25 days annual leave plus BH, paid mileage and social environment to work in.
