Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

Your new company
A Manchester consultancy working on projects across the UK. Their current workload includes education, commercial and residential sector projects. You would be working as part of a £1 million turnover team with the aspiration of doubling this in the next 3 years.


Your new role
In this role you will be involved in due-diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall, dilapidations and defect diagnosis. You will receive full support to progress further in your career and hopefully manage junior surveyors.


What you'll need to succeed
Chartered and degree qualified in building surveying with post-graduate experience. If you are an ambitious, outgoing individual looking for your next step or a more senior position - this is it!


What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000, a flexible working environment allowing you to work 2 days from home, 25 days of annual leave plus BH, paid mileage and a social environment to work in.
