Senior Building Surveyor

Your new company
Manchester based consultancy that has been growing since 2008. Operating on a national level and growing from strength to strength, they are now in a position to take on a chartered building surveyor in Manchester. You will be working alongside a team of 13 on a variety of projects across commercial offices, industrial sheds, retail, education and residential sector projects. Based just outside the city centre of Manchester they are easily commutable on public transport.
This role can offer you a variety of professional work, including dilapidation, party wall matters, RAAC surveys, building condition, contact administration, so no two days will be the same and you will obtain an all-round experience to further progress your career.


What you'll need to succeed
This role requires you to be a chartered building surveyor with UK experience and eligibility to work in the UK.
