Your new company

You'll be working for local housing association that prides itself on doing things differently. You will be a part of the maintenance team on both their voids and responsive repairs, which are responsible for undertaking repairs and maintenance tasks to a high standard.


Your new role

You'll be required to carry out the following duties:

• Undertake the correct diagnosis and method of Responsive Maintenance to achieve a 'first time fix.'
• Contribute to and comply with all statutory legislation, licences and accreditations including the relevant Safety Management System applicable to Responsive Maintenance.
• Carry out inspections/tests and remedials in void properties.
• Ability to work a 39 hour working week

What you'll need to succeed

Essential:

• 18th Edition
• 2391 test + inspection
• Experience working in social housing
• Full UK driving license

Desirable:

• CSCS card
• Manual Handling
• Asbestos Awareness
• Working at Heights

What you'll get in return

You will receive a temporary to permanent contract after 20 weeks, as well as a competitive hourly rate with weekly pay whilst temporary, and a competitive annual salary once permanent.
