Project Investment Surveyor

Your new company
Your new company is a social housing provider based in Manchester who oversee a local community of homes in a local area.
Your new role
Your new role as Planned Maintenance Surveyor will require you to plan, manage and oversee numerous social housing investment schemes from inception to completion.
You will be required to carry out PPM (pre-planned maintenance) surveys, stock condition surveys and adaptation surveys for the purpose of sheltered scheme upgrades.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience in a similar role and ideally a Building Surveying degree or HND/C in a building studies related subject and excellent experience in a similar role.
