Estimator/QS

Your new company
You will be joining a multi accredited decorating sub contractor based in Derby. This company have a strong pipeline of work and operate within both the public and private sector striving to always complete work of the highest quality. Due to the strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an Estimator/QS to join their team with a clear pathway to either managing the Estimating team or moving into more of the QS side.
Your new role
As an Estimator/QS you will be responsible for:

• Negotiation and Communication:
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Collaboration:
• Tendering and Procurement:
• Measurement and Valuation:
• Contractual Compliance:
• Quality and Cost Control:
• Reporting and Documentation:

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience working as an Estimator and/or QS for a specialist sub contractor. You will also have excellent communication skills as well as an eagerness to develop and progress within the company.
