Your new company
A growing, family oriented building contractor who are looking to add an estimator to their commercial team. They work on a variety of projects, including refurb, fitout, fire protection, and more. They pride themselves on the positive atmosphere they have created, highlighted by the regular social events hosted for all involved in the company.


Your new role
Reporting into the group operations director, you will be responsible for all aspects of estimating relating to all the projects covered by the contractor. You will predominantly be office based, but will be required to go on some site visits - with sites tending to be within a 40/50-mile radius from the office.


What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have refurb and fitout experience, as well as a sound understanding of all processes involved in construction projects. You will be able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously. You must have great communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully estimating on a wide range of projects.


What you\'ll get in return
- Up to £55,000 + package [DOE]
