Your new role
Our client are seeking a construction Project Manager to join their business to drive the delivery of a high profile and career defining project. This project is based in a remote location so will require an element of living away from home and hybrid working which our client are happy to renumerate you for. This project is a complex high end refurbishment of an existing building which plays a pivotal role in the local community so it must be done with care and attention.

As Project Manager you will be expected to develop and motivate a team of construction professionals to deliver this project in line with programme and budget. Working with your operational , commercial and design teams you will be responsible for pulling this project together to deliver a high quality result to the community as well as delivering a profitable return to your employer.


What you\'ll need to succeed
Our client are seeking a resilient and experienced construction project manager with deep experience of working in high end complex refurbishments. This will be backed up by professional qualifications such as degree in construction management or trade background. You will be an exceptional communicator with an understanding of how to communicate with a varied group of community stakeholders in a positive and engaging manner. Of course you are also an expert builder with excellent technical expertise and commercial savviness.
