Your new role
You will be a Meta Specialist, responsible for recommending, strategising and implementing paid social campaigns, mainly on Facebook and Instagram (Meta). You will work with a team of Account Executives, Account Managers and Paid Specialists, and report to the Head of Marketing. You will be the go-to person for any questions or issues related to the Meta platform, and you will keep up with the latest trends and updates. You will also be involved in reporting, communication and list management.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to have hands-on experience and an analytical approach to paid social campaigns. You will be able to make best practice recommendations, create audience targeting plans, write ad copy, select the best campaign objectives, QA campaign plans and builds, monitor and optimise campaigns, report and analyse performance, develop and evolve strategies, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and use various platform tools and advancements. You will also need to be passionate about Meta and how it can drive results for clients. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have some desirable experience in areas such as Conversions API, ecomm shop set up, store set up, Meta certifications, outside of UK campaign experience, import functionality, other channels, training juniors, automation, leadership, and reporting.
